Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Excluding Holidays and Weekends. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs Delays
Customs processing times vary by country and may affect delivery estimates. We are unable to control or expedite customs clearance.
Refused Packages
If you refuse delivery or decline to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees and the package is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the product cost once the merchandise has been received in its original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged (i.e. broken products, leaks etc) or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at Reignitewithpanda@gmail.com We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
For damaged packages, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the item,
packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery are controlled by the carrier.
International Shipping & Customs Policy

Once an order has been shipped, Reignite With Amanda is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, and other charges associated with receiving their order.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Reignite With Amanda Panda.
Import Restrictions & Customs Clearance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their country.
While we take reasonable steps to provide accurate product information and required shipping documentation, Reignite With Amanda Panda cannot guarantee that any product or package will be accepted, cleared, or released by customs authorities.
Customs agencies and other government authorities have the final decision regarding whether a package may enter a country.
We recommend that customers review their local import regulations before placing an order.
Refused, Abandoned, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
If an international package is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs fees, prohibited import, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any associated costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
If a package is returned to Reignite With Amanda Panda in resalable condition, any eligible refund will be reviewed after the returned merchandise is received. Refunds may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or other expenses incurred as a result of the return.
If a package is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
Returns & International Orders
Due to the nature of certain intimate, personal care, and wellness products, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
If an international return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and import fees are generally non-refundable.
Discreet Shipping & Customs Declarations
We value your privacy and package orders as discreetly as reasonably possible.
However, international shipments may require customs declarations, invoices, product descriptions, values, or other documentation required by law.
Reignite With Amanda Panda cannot falsify customs declarations, misrepresent the value of merchandise, or inaccurately describe products in order to avoid duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
By Placing an International Order
By placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Customs clearance, inspections, and delivery times are outside of Reignite With Panda's control.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

- Additional costs may apply if a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable.
